Usability testing exposes users to the prototype and analyzes their interactions

Usability Testing |

Usability testing exposes users to the prototype and analyzes their interactions to identify if an average person can use it for the purpose that was designed without being frustrated in the process (Steve Krug, 2014).

These tests allow us to notice problems that are difficult to foresee, because those who work on the product struggle to distance themselves from the knowledge they already have.

In Inventures, we recommend paying special attention to those particularly frustrating moments for the design team when they see users not being able to perform a seemingly obvious task. Those moments have the greatest room for improvement.
