Design Sprint is a methodology created by Google Ventures, which designs, prototypes and tests an idea in just 5 days. It aims to learn from the most relevant business hypotheses and validate its traction in the field.
Day 1: Understanding the problem, its market, context, and business model.
Day 2: Sketching multiple ideas from a brainstorming.
Day 3: Deciding what solution will be prototyped.
Day 4: Prototyping the solution.
Day 5: Testing with real users.
We recommend using the hypothesis matrix to understand the problem and then use fast and flexible tools to prototype such as Invision or Chatfuel.
